Overview
YMCA of the Rockies has two year round conference and family centers, both located in the heart of the Colorado Rockies. Estes Park Center is minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and Snow Mountain Ranch is just a short distance from Winter Park.
Both centers offer meeting pace with conference services, buffet meals and catering and many recreational opportunities, including team building activities and low and high ropes courses. Affordable lodging options are available ranging from hotel-style rooms with private baths to large reunion cabins complete with kitchen, fireplace, dining room and living rooms.
Estes Park Center accommodates groups up to 2,500. Guests remark that the gorgeous scenery, affordable lodging with meal options and friendly staff bring them back year after year.
Snow Mountain Ranch hosts groups as large as 1,500. Earning and ‘A’ for awesome with ski groups, Snow Mountain Ranch has plenty of winter activities right on grounds - such as the 100 kilometers of Nordic skiing, sledding, ice skating and snowshoeing! It’s also a well-kept secret for summer and fall getaways.

Reservation Policy
A 20% deposit on lodge rooms and 35% deposit on cabins and campsites are required to make a reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are 80% refundable if the cancellation is made prior to the guarantee date outlined in the contract. Cancellations made after the guarantee date are subject to forfeiture of deposits and cancellation fees may apply. The booking fee is non-refundable.
