The Shell Lodge Event & Adventure Company leverages the outdoor paradise of the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming, the upscale accommodations and offerings of The Hideout at Flitner Ranch, a year around guest ranch operation and other lodges in North West Wyoming.
Over the years, they have hosted successful events for National and International Corporate groups and teams in cattle drives, horseback riding, hiking, biking and fly fishing.
Using cattle drives on horseback, as a unique leadership and teambuilding exercise is Shell’s signature activity. The Shell Lodge Event & Adventure Company works with The Western Challenge program to train groups in non-verbal communication skills leveraging horses as a medium. Or have you ever thought about a combination of horseback riding, fly fishing and snowmobiling in a safe environment?
One of Shell’s latest programs is a Lodge-to-Lodge Trail Riding or Hiking program for smaller groups. They leave in the valley and ride or hike to different lodges they operate in the mountains. The Shell Lodge Event & Adventure Company believes communication is part of a good teambuilding event. Good food, a cozy place with a great view and a glace of wine, are important ingredients for a quality team exercise.
The staff consists of real cowboys with great emotional intelligence, relationship and leadership skills. Some of the staff has international, multicultural corporate experience. The management and owners have worked for both American and European corporations and they can bring in customers and partners that know this environment from different nationalities to work with your people in their own language during these exercises.

Peter De Cabooter, one of the owners of The Shell Lodge Event & Adventure Company, is member and has been a board member of the SAMA, the Global Strategic Account Management Association. Prior to moving to Wyoming, Peter has organized several successful teambuilding events leveraging the above principles for his own multicultural teams, customers and partners.
