Erik M. Henyon, CEO
Owner of Organizational Wide Leadership Solutions and the Outdoor Wilderness Leadership School. Erik was once on track to become an environmental attorney. He then switched directions: first becoming an elementary school teacher, then an environmental consultant before founding OWLS in 1996. Erik has also worked since 1996 in the field of management training and consulting. He has designed and delivered hundreds of training programs for corporations, schools, and government agencies. Erik is a certified behavioral analyst and a professional coach.
Erik was a presenter at Perdue University's School of Engineering CEPDS 18 Conference in 2003 speaking on behavioral job match. Erik also presented at the National Convention of PSMA and SPMS in Phoenix Arizona in 2003. Erik was a presenter at the Bozeman Area Chamber of Comerces Business Expo in 2005. Erik received the 2006 business man of the year award for the state of Montana and currently serves on the Bozeman City Planning Board.
Mr. Henyon obtained a BS in Environmental Science from University of Wyoming and is a graduate of the Colorado Outward Bound School. In addition, he holds certification from the National Outdoor Leadership School, the Association for Experiential Education, and is a ropes course instructor as well as a professional mountain biker, kayaker, skier, and climber.

Robin Weeks, National Sales Director
Robin has an extensive career of 25 years that includes vast knowledge and background in business management. Her work experience includes 15 years in the retail industry in the area of overseas product development and store management training. Robin worked for the North Carolina Outward Bound School in the area of Outward Bound Professional developing team and leadership programs for businesses.She has worked with clients such as the American Leadership Forum, American Express Financial, Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouses, Inc., The Home Depot, Inc., Wachovia, Microsoft and others. Ms. Weeks has a degree in art history from Davidson College. She has completed seminars through the American Management Association, UNCC continuing ed. Masterful Facilitation by Glen Kiser, and done graduate work in Organizational Communication at Queen’s University.

Deborah Taylor, National Sales Director
Debbie has spent the last 12 years as CEO of her own international consulting firm working with several financial institutions and corporate clients on buy/sell contracts as well as commodity trades. She has over 25 years of sales and management experience with several awards for outstanding sales achievement. She attended the University of Maryland and has completed graduate level work in criminal justice at UC Berkeley. Debbie is also a past member of the Virginia Association of Realtors and the National Associations of Realtors. In the early 1980s she founded the Central VA Chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Drivers. She has been listed in the Who’s Who of Entrepreneurs.
