   Reservation Policy


Payment in full is required when reserving a Day 1A, Day 1B, or Lapping class. A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation for all other classes, with the remaining balance due 10 working days before the class. All changes or cancellations are assessed a $25 service charge.

   Cancellation Policy


Changes or cancellations of reserved class(es) require a minimum of 10 business days prior notice. Changes or cancellations made within 10 business days of scheduled class will result in 50% forfeiture of fees. Changing or canceling class within 2 business days of scheduled class, or failure to appear for class will result in 100% forfeiture of all fees. To receive a refund or credit, you are required to contact the office staff 10 business days prior to your class date.
