Familiar Atmosphere
Our reputation of exceptional service is rooted in our beginnings: family ties and care - to make everybody feel comfortable and at home. Antonio Kusanovic and wife Amor Eliana, one of the first pioneers of the tourism industry in the area, always promoted family values and participation.
To this day their descendants carry this on very actively and effectively in the expanding enterprise. As the business continues throughout time, the "family" just gets bigger.
Organic Production
The conservation of the rich, untouched Patagonian soil has led us to cultivate our own crops organically, not mentioning the notorious health benefits this grants our guests. The location adjoining the hotel has historically been safe from contamination and we intend to maintain this asset. You can ask for a visit through our orchard, see our greenhouses full of fresh vegetables, and smell a few flowers if the season permits.
Environment Caring
Our company's infrastructure and management is very ecologically conscious. For example, natural gas is used for clean energy. Garbage is handled by a special garbage truck that removes it to the nearest treatment plant in Puerto Natales. Trails are constantly cared for throughout the park, as a large amount of resources are invested to tend and tidy them. Most importantly, we emphasize on teaching our company members and guests to follow and respect this philosophy.
