Reservation Policy
Reservations will be considered tentative until 15% of the reservation is paid. The remaining amount should be prepaid in full 45 days before arrival of passengers to the hotel. Reservations made 44 days or less before arrival should be completely paid 48 hours after reservation.
Cancellation Policy
120 days or more: no cancellation fees.
46-120 days before arrival: 15% down payment.
45-30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
29 days or less before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
