Frost Valley YMCA’s pristine and secluded location allows guests to take a step back, slow down, and focus on what is important to them. The Conference Retreat experience is filled with personal challenges and action-packed adventures during activities like ropes courses, climbing tower, and mountain boards. The Frost Valley YMCA staff work closely with your organization to align expectations and goals for your retreat. Groups may choose to utilize Frost Valley’s facilities, meeting space and conference rooms with its workshop facilitators or on their own. Frost Valley YMCA is a place where good things happen when people pay attention to each other. Frost Valley YMCA puts its mission into practice every day by focusing on the values of caring, respect, responsibility, and honesty.
Guests of the Forstmann Center can choose from a number of different lodges and meeting rooms to best suit their group or family needs. Cafeteria-style meals are included with your stay. Frost Valley's dining staff offer a variety of culinary options including vegan menus.
The Straus Center is a secluded get-away facility for adult groups and is available for booking both weekdays and weekends throughout the entire year. The Straus Center features a private dining room with exquisite meals prepared daily by its chef, comfortable rooms, and a brand new high ropes course.
Visitors to both centers come from various sectors including: YMCA, scout, corporate, religious, special populations, educational and family groups.
Frost Valley YMCA’s new Lakeview Lodge features 22 private rooms and 2 suites with private baths. A comfortably furnished common area provides a fireplace and coffee bar. Wireless internet access is available throughout the building. Towels and linens are provided. Geyer Hall, adjacent to Lakeview Lodge, is a perfect location for conference groups, meetings and retreats.

Reservation Policy
Frost Valley YMCA's programs and facilities are available for individuals, families & groups regardless of race, creed or ethnicity. Accommodations can be reserved from Labor Day weekend through mid-June. Reservations are accepted by phone or via email.
A deposit of $150 per room is required to confirm all reservations. Payment balances are due at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are fully refundable when cancellation is received 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Cancellations received 60-90 days prior to visit, can have one half of the deposit applied to another visit within six months of the cancellation date. No refunds will be given on cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the visit. Discounts will not be given for late arrivals or early departures.
